Arrival on Saturday between 3pm and 6pm – Departure on Saturday between 9am and 12pm
(depending on the appointment set by reception for the leaving inspection)
1/ The reservation only takes effect with our agreement and on receipt of a 30% deposit (of the total sum of your stay) with the handover of the signed reservation contract. The balance must be paid at least one month before the arrival date
2/ For all cancellations made before 1st May, 50% of the deposit sum will be reimbursed. After 1st May, no deposit will be reimbursed. No discount will be given in the event of late arrival or early departure. (only in high season)
3/ A €230 guarantee deposit will be requested on arrival. It will be returned after the rental inspection, with deductions for any damages caused. The rental property must be handed over in the identical state of cleanliness to that in which it was found on arrival. If it is not, an extra fee of €40 per hour of cleaning required will be kept. Third party liability insurance is required.
4/ Places will be given without discrimination and in the order that reservations are made. Management reserves the possibility to modify plot allocation on arrival. Visitors must notify reception of their arrival and their departure, with the name of people visited.
5/ A single car is authorised on the plot. Other vehicles must be parked in the car park. The tenant is responsible for their friends or guests, who must, as the tenant, observe the site rules.
6/ In the event of dispute, only the Court of Avignon has jurisdiction.
7/ IMPORTANT: Tourist tax is not included in the price.
